Praxis EMR also ranked number one in the 2008 American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) EHR Report User Satisfaction Survey. Last year, the report results were based on survey data collected from 422 family physicians who are currently using EHR systems. Out of 61 systems represented the 13 most popular systems were surveyed in depth. The five categories that were assessed were functionality, ease of use and flexibility, service and support, and return on investment. Results show that Praxis EMR is the top EMR overall.

In the 2008 AAFP user satisfaction Survey Praxis EMR was rated Number One in the following categories:

• Number One in Overall Satisfaction
  
  
• Number One in Ease of Use and Flexibility
  
  
• Number One in Service and Support
  
  
• Number One in Return on Investment

The 2008 survey results also showed that among all physician-users, those using Praxis EMR felt most strongly about the value of the system in respect to the system’s cost. In addition, Praxis was the only EMR to have 100% of it's users state that they would never go back to using paper records.
