Online Chat Support is a development for modern day customer and technical support. It allows the support team to reply to clients within seconds and has proved a very effective method of delivering support to our clients. When the AAFP survey was conducted in February 2008, Praxis EMR had not yet fully implemented this support feature and still Praxis Support was ranked number 1. With this new feature Praxis support will remain first-rate, while at the same time improving even further.
Benefits of ‘online chat support’:
- Allows immediate answers to Praxis issues or questions.
- Allows the client to continue working while the answers are in the process of being discovered. (As opposed to waiting on the phone).
- Records all chats and logs with complete accountability of all events
